Final Report

Final report of the project

First report

The coordinator in collaboration with the leaders of each WP will produce a report every 12 months that will be available to the consortium.

Compilation of results and dissemination of methodologies to partners and the broader community. 4

Activity of molecular markers for siRNA pathway

Activity of molecular markers for siRNA pathway, using AGO5::YFP;

Dissemination using Twitter and Facebook

Dissemination using Twitter and Facebook From the reponsability of all participants in the consortium

Organization of Workshop 1

One workshop will be organized by P1 (UPORTO) at the beginning of the project, on the interdisciplinary approach to investigate PLANT REPRODUCTION at the very beginning of SEXSEED action. All consortium members will have the possibility to meet and organize the researcher movements from Europe to America/Australia and vice-versa.

Organization of Final Workshop

A final workshop will be organized in Australia. This last workshop will be to evaluate the achievements of SEXSEED.

Seed Quality of each transgenic line obtained
Organization of Workshop 2

Meetings organized by the coordinator will be important for presentation of all data obtained. These meetings will be opened to all the scientific community as interactive International Workshops.

Design and implementation of the SEXSEED webpage

The coordinator will create a project webpage in the first months; this will have a public domain and a restricted protected area exclusively for the members of the consortium. Members of the consortium will be able to share protocols, results, reports and other information needed for the progression of the project. The establishment of this online presence is an excellent way to engage the community, attract scientific collaborators, post-doctoral staff and students for the future and to communicate novel scientific results.
