This deliverable will provide the details of the dissemination, standardisation and exploitation activities undertaken by the project through different channels during its first year, and detailed plan for the future. (Related to Tasks 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3)

Report with the final, detailed specification of BPR4GDPR framework and components, along with the refined use cases and requirements. (Related to Task 2.4)

Final dissemination, standardisation and exploitation report

Complete analysis of dissemination, standardisation, exploitation and innovation work carried out during the project and analyses provisioning of guidelines for future exploitation and innovation activities. (Related to Task 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3)

Intermediate dissemination, standardisation and exploitation report

This deliverable will detail the dissemination, standardisation and exploitation work carried out in the first two years of the project, and analysis of its impact. (Related to Tasks 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3)

Preliminary documentation of the compliance ontology (Related to Task 3.1)

Deployment guidelines

Guidelines for effectively incorporating the BPR4GDPR solution in the operational environments. (Related to Tasks 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3)

Report on raising public participation and awareness

Extended analysis of the steps taken towards public participation and awareness creation, and report on the BPR4GDPR User Community. It will highlight the feedback received during the dissemination events. (Related to Task 7.4)
