Objetivo
There exists no simple, reliable system to correlate detailed combustion data, thermal exchange measurements, manufacturing and costs in industry.
Many management errors result from this situation and, lacking immediate and trustworthy information, personnel are not motivate to save energy.
This project attempts to try and fill this void by offering manufacturers an easy to use hardware and software package using the latest technology.
Hence the creation of the product "Amont" which can be duplicated in the form of adaptable and reconfigurable software enabling better insight and management of energy consumption, which are necessary pre-conditions to realise substantial energy savings.L%
This tool will serve to rapidly create turnkey systems for measurement and calculation in real time, for follow-up, and for control and management.
It will be easily adaptable for all industrial configurations.
Eventually an "Expert System" module could be included. This package will work on 100% IBM compatible PCs, that is of the kind available to all PMIs.
The system will be connected to a library of calculations, addressable by name, which will be a function of the application.
Without any formal programming or special syntax knowledge, the user will be able to perform the following actions by using the keyboard :
- use the software
- modify the means as well as the type of collector
- verify any deviation of a collector
- reset deviated collectors
- physical recalibration of defective collectors in situ.
- modify the periods by editing the results
e.g.: hourly, daily, etc.
