Objectif

An increased level of specific oxidative lesions leads to short-term and longer-term responses with regard to the level of endogenous antioxidants and redo-active proteins. The current project will study the consequences of protein oxidation, upon protein life- time and regulation of endogenous levels of components involved in Fenton-type oxidative damage
