Objetivo

Immune determinations and DNA-micro arrays will be employed to establish whether copper is a potential enhancer of immune function and regulates gene expression in the elderly. The micro arrays technology will be also learned by the applicant to apply it to the European VITAGE project (QLK1-CT-99-0830).
