Ziel

I propose to analyse the genetic program that controls the development of human helper T cell subsets on a genome-wide scale using microarrays. In particular, I will define the regulation of T-bet and GATA-3 transcription factors and their role in the initiation of The- or The-specific transcriptional cascades.
