Objetivo The aim of the project is a full scale implementation of glass sheltering of a courtyard and other solar energy measures. The project intends to demonstrate how the energy consumption of a city house can be reduced by 50-75% by applying renewable energy and green solutions in connection with a general restoration of the house (urban renewal).PHASE 1 : Draft projecting (app. 6 months) together with architect, consultant and builder (the inmates). Each element of the project will be drawn with details separately and in coherence (measure : 1:100, 1:50). The builder decide on each question.PHASE 2 : Projecting (app. 7 months) : Working drawings in the measure of 1:50 (plan), 1:20 (sectional view) and 1:5 (details) are made. A written description of the project is elaborated. The total costs are estimated and a tender will be invited based on this material. A contract with the main contractor is entered.PHASE 3 : Construction (app. 4-6 months) : it may be necessary to evacuate the inmates temporarily. Current supervision and adaptation of the project.PHASE 4 : Measuring and dissemination (2 years) : The measuring programme is initiated (interviews, measuring, instruments, etc.)Articles/lectures for professionals. Showing tours and study visists to the house.
