Objetivo

to obtain a profile of energy management in Europe
to identify barriers to the effective use of IT in energy management
to prepare a report of the study
to develop a specification for an appropriate IT system
to case study one urbanisation in each of 5 target countries
to provide feedback seminars

A Europe-wide survey of energy management in buildings. It looks at how information technology is used, by facilties managers and other professionals, to monitor building performance, make decisions and communicate information to others.
