Mid-term evaluation study on the MEDIA II programme
The European Commission, DG X, has published an invitation to tender for a mid-term evaluation study of the MEDIA II programme. This programme aims to contribute to the development of the European audiovisual industry. The Commission wishes to fund a mid-term evaluation study on the programme's activities, in order to present a report on the results obtained to the European Parliament and Council, accompanied, where applicable, by proposed adjustments to the programme. The study should cover the main points in the tender documents. Work should commence between 17 July 1998 and 15 August 1998, and the final report must be delivered to the Commission no later than 1 November 1998. It should be drawn up in French and English.
