FP7 Training course 'How to write a successfull proposal'

AISFOR, an Italian agency for innovation, development and training, will hold in Rome a training course in English in October.

A 3-day training course, from 10 to 12 October, will be held by experts on various aspects of the Framework Programme in order to train the participants on how to successfully participate within FP7. The course programme is: Wednesday, 10 October (9.30 – 17. 30) - Presentation: course, trainee and participant - European research: storical – political background; European research policy: ERA (European Research Area), Lisbon strategy, Barcellona strategy - 7th Framework Programme – budget, macro structure e research themes - Project schemes: objectives and characteristics of each FP7 scheme - CORDIS – how to fully use CORDIS Thursday, 11 October (9.30 – 17. 30) - Participation Rules - Administrative and financial aspects - How to prepare a successful proposal: - Getting familiar with all FP7 documents - Defining the project idea - Consortium building - Structuring the work plan - Budget building - Drafting the proposal - Sending the proposal (EPSS: Electronic Proposal Submission System) - Evaluation process - Comments on successful and non-successful proposal of an evaluator Friday, 12 October (9.30 – 13. 30) - Exercise on “How is a (un)successfull proposal?” For further information please visit AISFOr's web site at the page http://www.aisfor.it/corso_a_catalogo_FP7%20english.html
