Call for proposals: Transnational Access Programme, European Centre for Arctic Environmental Research, Ny-Alesund, Svalbard

Next submission deadline: 30th Sept 2008

European research teams are offered free access (including travel) to the Ny-Alesund Research Infrastructure in Svalbard, Norway. This is part of the Transnational Access Programme of the European Community FP6. We invite scientific research proposals within all fields of Arctic environmental research, specifically within the following disciplines: Marine and terrestrial biology Climate research in the troposphere and stratosphere Surface phenomena, snow and ice Geodesy and space geodesy Air quality research and arctic pollution Multidisciplinary environmental sciences We particularly invite proposals within field of geodesy and space geodesy. Proposals should be submitted directly via the website (preferable) or by e-mail (arcfac@npolar.no).
