The RTD Help Desk offers assistance (free-of-charge) in locating sources of detailed information, such as publications and contact persons, on research and research-related activities of the European Community. The RTD Help Desk may be contacted by letter, phone or fax. This service is provided in the context of the Commission's VALUE programme for the dissemination and utilization of scientific and technological research results.
