In a Decision dated 30 July 1990 the Commission of the European Communities approved a cooperation agreement between Euratom and Sweden associating Sweden with the Community research and training programme in the field of radiation protection (1990 to 1991). The Agreement was signed on 3 August 1990. For Sweden, research and development bodies and persons, the terms and conditions for the submission and evaluation of proposals and the terms and conditions for the granting and conclusion of contracts under the Community programme shall be the same as those applicable to research and development bodies in the Community provided that the rights of access to results shall be limited to those arising from contracts under the same programme.
