AllThings.Bio presents its second series of videos clips about bio-based products

When it comes to bio-based products consumers still have many doubts that need to be reassured. Which bio-based products are already available? Do they work? Does a bio-based soap clean just as well as a regular one? Are there any bio-based alternatives to disposable plastic straws and tableware? Are bio-based toys safe for our kids?

AllThings.Bio presents four new live animation video clips about bio-based soap, straws, plates and toys, by answering in a simple and entertaining way some of the most common questions consumers might have about their use and their properties. All video clips are designed to be shared via social media and Facebook in particular. The first set of videos on bio-based cleaning products, coffee mugs, T-shirts and lipsticks were presented earlier in 2018 and have been very successful, with over 42,000 video plays on Facebook. The full series of AllThings.Bio videos can be viewed on the AllThings.Bio website or our Facebook page. Viewers can watch, share and react to them via the AllThings.Bio portal www.allthings.bio AllThings.Bio is managed by the Bioeconomy Awareness and Discourse Project (BioCannDo), which is coordinated by FNR. BioCannDo develops and distributes to the general audience communication and educational materials about the bioeconomy. The ultimate goal of the project is to develop clear and scientifically sound messages about bio-based products which can be easily understood by a general audience so to increase their acceptance of bio-based materials. Notes for editors The AllThings.Bio videos have been published in the framework of the BioCannDo project. The BioCannDo project has received funding from the Bio-Based Industries Joint Undertaking under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation programme under Grant Agreement No 720732.
