State aid: Spain
Authorization for State aid (cases where the Commission raises no objections) is published with regard to the ARCO programme for Objective One regions in Spain. The two-year programme (1992 and 1993) aims to develop the use of advanced telecommunications services by small and medium-sized enterprises, and involves a budget of ECU 26.8 million at an aid intensity of 50-70% of investment cost.
