MEPs pass data-exchange legislation
The Members of the European Parliament meeting in Strasbourg, have given a second reading approving two common positions, one with two amendments, relating to "Trans-European networks for the electronic interchange of data between administrations". One covered guidelines and projects and the other interoperability.
