Transport infrastructure evaluation programme
The Commission of the European Communities (Directorate-General for Transport) publishes a call for tenders to provide the unit dealing with transEuropean networks with an in-depth examination of the results and effects of Community contributions to transport infrastructure projects from 1982-1992 with particular emphasis on the three year programme which took place over 1990-1992 for actions in the field of transport infrastructure (Council Regulation 3359/90/EEC of 20.11.1990) to include: - Policy analysis; - Socioeconomic evaluation; - Recommendations for future action programmes including requirements for more efficient Community action and proposals to develop post project evaluation needs.
