Computer network for the Institute for Remote Sensing Applications of the Joint Research Centre
The Institute of Remote Sensing Applications of the Joint Research Centre publishes a call for tenders concerning the rationalization and upgrading of its computing facilities, in line with the requirements of its research staff. To this end, the Institute wishes to replace the current computer network with facilities which meet the demands of data transfer and sharing of resources. The selected contractor will be required to design, procure, install, configure and commission a computer network meeting these requirements. The contractor will also be requested to provide training in the operation and administration of the network for personnel nominated by the Institute as well as provide maintenance of the network for a period of three years following commissioning.
