Proposed RTD programme in the field of telematic systems
The Commission has submitted an amended proposal (COM(90) 594 of 30.11.1990) for a Council Decision concerning a specific RTD programme in the field of telematic systems in areas of general interest (original proposal published in OJ No C 174 of 16.7.1990 p. 19). The programme, which aims to underpin the development of a range of trans-European telematic service networks, is to be adopted as from the date of publication of the Decision in the Official Journal until 31 December 1994, with a total estimated Community appropriation of ECU 380 million.
