A catalogue containing synopses of current aeronautics projects (1993) under Area 3 of the specific programme of research and technological development in the field of industrial and materials technologies (1990-1994), has recently been published by DG XII of the Commission of the European Community. The catalogue also includes projects funded under APAS (accompanying and support activities) and the Environment Programme. A total of 22 shared-cost projects were selected for funding under Area 3 of the industrial and material technologies programme, plus 4 more to be funded under the European Parliament's APAS initiative and one, the AERONOX project, funded by the Community Environment Programme.
