TEMPUS: Tender cancelled
A notice published in the Official Journal cancels an invitation to tender issued by the Commission of the European Communities, Task Force "Human Resources, Education, Training and Youth", on 22.10.1993. The notice appeared in OJ No S 207 and in OJ No C 286 of the same date. The tender, numbered TFRH/03/93, concerned technical assistance to be provided to the Commission for implementation of the TEMPUS programme for cooperation with the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the republics of the former Soviet Union in the field of higher education. By the present notice, the call for tender is cancelled in its entirety. No further information with regard to this cancellation is given in the announcement.
