The Directorate-General for Transport (DG VII) plans to conclude study contracts following restricted invitations to tender for analyses and studies on the following transport modes: road, rail, combined road/rail, air, maritime, inland waterway, urban and intermodal transport. In order to respond faster and more effectively to the increasing needs arising from its activities, a list is to be drawn up of consultants specializing in the following fields: - Transport economics; - Transport statistics; - Transport engineering; - Transport techniques. - Safety; - Taxation aspects; - Legal aspects; - Socio-economic evaluation; - Mapping; - Infrastructures; - Infrastructure financing; - Environmental aspects; - Public transport; - Traffic management and control; - Logistics; - Telematic systems applied to transport. Interested parties are invited to express their interest and to supply information with regard to their specialization(s), previous activities, scales of charges and other information as specified in the call.
