The European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) has published a call for tenders for company data gathering and structuring for the EU Industrial research and development (R&D) Investment Scoreboards. The contract involves collecting the financial data of companies which invest the most in R&D: the top 1,000 companies investing in R&D with headquarters registered in the EU Member States, and the top 1,000 companies with headquarters registered outside the EU Member States. The service shall be implemented once a year and cover the company data gathering for four Scoreboard editions: 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
