The study is intended to: - Analyse the social aspects of the implementation of a quality plan in companies; - Assess changes in the motivation and behaviour of salaried staff following implementation of the quality plan. The study will also analyse the effects of quality plans on employment, the new qualifications and/or skills required and will determine the professions and sectors principally concerned. The study will also cover the necessary conditions, in terms of social aspects, for the quality plan to succeed. The total time taken to complete the study should not exceed six months.
