Civil engineering and general installation works at Ispra JRC
The European Commission has published a call for expressions of interest for the execution of civil engineering and general installation works in connection with the construction, restructuration and maintenance of the Ispra Joint Research Centre. Undertakings that wish to be considered for inclusion in a list of potential contractors are invited to submit an expression of interest. Preselected undertakings will be issued with invitations to tender and the tender documents for the works listed below. The list of preselected undertakings will be used exclusively in connection with works whose estimated value is less than the threshold value set out in the public-procurement directives concerned. The call concerns the following works: - Building construction: new construction and restructuration, adaptation works and repair of existing buildings. The works consist of construction contracting and execution of associated works, including: . Cement and stucco works; . Suspended ceilings; . Insulation; . Cement and natural stone works; . Paving and cladding works; . External paving and drainage works; . Landscaping; . Tin-smithing; . Carpentry; . Metal work; . Glazing; . Painting and wallpapering; . Heating installations; . Air-conditioning installations; . Sanitary and other plumbing installations; . Electrical works; . Lifts; - Supply and installation of aluminium and aluminium-alloy framing for new or existing buildings; - Indoor and outdoor whitewashing and painting for new and existing buildings; - Repaving and paving and paving works for drains; - Weatherproofing and roofing for flat roofs on new and existing buildings; - Grass cutting, hedge trimming, tree care and gardening; - Adaptation, construction and installation of metal framing; - Supply and installation of metal roofing for new and existing buildings, including tin-smithing; - Low-voltage and medium-voltage electrical installation works for building plant and industrial equipment, including: . Electrical installations for lighting and engines; . Medium-voltage electrical installations; . Smoke- and gas-detection equipment; . Control systems for the operation and management of technical installations; - Works in connection with the installation of telephone and computer networks; - Works in connection with the installation and maintenance of heating and air-conditioning equipment; - Works in connection with the installation, repair and maintenance of plumbing networks (drinking water, industrial water, cooling and heating fluids); - Works in connection with the installation, repair and maintenance of sanitary plumbing installations; - Works in connection with the installation, repair and maintenance of refrigeration equipment. The list will remain valid for a period of three years.
