Framework contracts in relation to European Communities cooperation with non-Member countries
Expressions of interest are invited from consultancy firms and research and education institutions regarding a future invitation to tender for the execution of studies and appraisals and the provision of technical assistance as part of the Community's aid and cooperation operations in certain non-Member countries.
