Studies in the area of telecommunications regulation and ONP
Expressions of interest are invited in studies in the area of telecommunications regulation and open network provision (ONP) in the context of the implementation of the telecommunications policy proposals laid down in COM(87) 290, COM(88) 48 and Directive 90/387/EEC (OJ No L 192 of 24.7,1990). Studies will cover: Application of ONP to intelligent network functions; ONP and telephony services; application of ONP to mobile telephony and to data and paging services; application of ONP to satellite communications; analysis of regulatory developments related to access to networks and services.Full information is obtainable from: Commission of the European Communities, DG XIII-D Attn.
