Tenders are invited for the external management of the Commission's small technical assistance contracts in Greece, Ireland and Portugal. The contract entails the provision of expertise for very short periods of time to deal with specific problems relating to the implementation of multifund operational programmes and other Community initiatives concerning regional, agricultural and rural development in those countries. The contractor shall be responsible for management of the contracts and shall maintain an open list of specialists able to provide independent professional advice to the Commission's departments.
