PHARE training and education reform in Central and Eastern Europe
The European Commission, DG I, has produced a draft PHARE sector paper on "Training and education reform in Central and Eastern Europe". The paper provides an outline of PHARE activities in the area of training and education reform. It seeks to demonstrate the most important general problems for the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in this area, as well as the reform priorities and the main PHARE activities. The key lessons learned from PHARE-supported programmes and activities, and orientations for future cooperation, are also examined.
