Common positions established by the Council
The Council has established common positions on Commission proposals for specific research and technological development programmes (1990 to 1994) in the following fields: Agriculture and agro-industry, including fisheries (5805/1/91 + ADD 1); information technologies (5501/91 + ADD 1); industrial and materials technologies (5734/1/91 + ADD 1); non-nuclear energy (5733/1/91 + ADD 1); biomedicine and health (5502/91 + ADD 1).
