Minutes of the European Parliament, 11-15 March 1991
The European Parliament, in its sitting of 11 to 15 March 1991, approved the following RTD related texts: A Decision on the common position established by the Council with a view to the adoption of a Directive on the frequency band to be designated for the coordinated introduction of Digital European Cordless Telecommunications, DECT (COM(90) 139 and COM(90) 677), adding one new article; a proposal for a Council Directive coordinating the laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to the application of Community rules on the procurement procedures of entities operating in the water, energy transport and telecommunications sectors (COM(90) 297), with 24 amendments; a proposal for a Council Decision revising the programme for the improvement of the business environment and the promotion of the development of enterprises, and in particular small and medium-sized enterprises, in the Community (COM(90) 528), with five amendments; a proposal for a Council Decision establishing the second phase of the TEDIS programme (COM(90) 475), with four amendments.
