The Commission accepts amendments by Parliament to five RTD proposals
In a letter dated 23 May 1991, Mr. Filippo Pandolfi, Vice-President of the Commission, has informed Mr. Jacques Poos, the President of the Council, that the Commission accepts the amendments adopted by the European Parliament in its session of 15 May 1991 regarding the texts of the specific programmes of RTD in the following fields: Marine science and technology; environment; life science and technologies for developing countries; telematic systems; communications technologies.
