Council Decision on specific programme for non-nuclear energy
The European Council has published its Decision 94/806/EC of 23 November 1994 adopting a specific programme of research and technological development in the field of non-nuclear energy (1994-1998). The Decision sets the amount deemed necessary for carrying out the programme at ECU 967 million, which includes a maximum of 5% for the Commission's staff and administrative expenditure. The Decision contains the scientific and technological content and objectives of the programme, as well as the specific rules for its implementation.
