Council Decision on specific programme for training and mobility of researchers
The European Council has published its Decision 94/916/EC of 15 December 1994 adopting a specific programme of research and technological development, including demonstration, in the field of training and mobility of researchers (1994-1998). The Decision sets the amount deemed necessary for carrying out the programme at ECU 744 million, which includes a maximum of 5.6% for the Commission's staff and administrative expenditure. The Decision contains the scientific and technological content and objectives of the programme, as well as the specific rules for its implementation. An advance notice of the call for proposals was published on 15 December 1994, followed by the full call on 17 January 1995.
