Standards, measurements and testing information package
The European Commission, DG XII, has published the information package for the specific programme for standards, measurements and testing under the Fourth Framework Programme for research and technological development and demonstration (1994-1998). The programme launched a first call for proposals on 15 December 1994 (OJ No C 357 of 15.12.1994). The information package provides all the information necessary for participating in the call, including: - Proposal criteria; - Proposal preparation; - Proposal submission guidelines; - Evaluation and selection of proposals; - Contact procedures and principles; - Information and assistance. The information package also contains the work programme as well as the proposal application forms which are unique to each programme.
