Tenders are invited for a study of the impact of the development of Nordic countries on regional development and spatial organization within the Community. Aiming to define those interactions between the non-Community Nordic countries and the Community which affect the above areas, the study is to be both informative (information gathering) and analytical (scenarios, spatial analysis, longer-term forecasting).
