The TRIBUNE European Learning Technology Collection has published "Steps towards good practice: Implementation of open, flexible and distance learning (OFDL)". It is the seventh in the TRIBUNE series of publications. TRIBUNE is a DELTA project for the dissemination of information concerning European research and development in learning technologies activities. Through its publications, TRIBUNE collects, analyses and informs on the developing opinions on education technologies in Europe. The TRIBUNE project has organized thematic working panels of experts as a means for developing consensus on specific issues concerning the evolution of OFDL. The publication deals with the issues developed by the working panel on good practice. The working panel addresses industrialists and major deliverers of OFDL on issues related to the proper use and integration of learning technology into training activities by addressing the pedagogical, organizational, economic and technological dimensions.
