On 18 May 1990 the Commission of the European Communities submitted a proposal for a Council Decision concerning the conclusion of a Cooperation Agreement between the EEC and Switzerland (COM(90) 29), Sweden (COM(90) 21) and Finland (COM(90) 24) on a research and development programme for the EEC in the field of applied metrology and chemical analysis (BCR programme).
