The European Commission, DGs XII, XIII and XXII and the Joint Research Centre, has published an invitation to tender for the recruitment of service companies to carry out information and communication activities in the fields of technological research and development, education, training and youth. These companies will help the Commission in advising, designing, coordinating, carrying out and following up information and communication actions in the fields mentioned. Companies may tender for one or several of the following lots: - Advice, implementation and follow-up relating to the information and communication strategy in the fields of RTD, education, training and youth; - Production of information products (essentially written material); - Management of events; - Actions in the field of audio-visual, electronic products and multimedia; - Relations with specialized press; - Dissemination and networks.
