The Commission invites tenders for a study of the feasibility of setting up, at Community level, a network of subcontracting exchanges and data banks (some 50 exchanges and data banks exist in the Community, but, with the exception of recent initiatives, are not really interconnected). The contract covers study implementation (existing structures, their operation and scope, computer systems and other resources, assessment of effectiveness) plus examination of the technical, human and financial resources required by, and value added by, networking.Full details are obtained from Commission Offices in the Community and from:
