The European Commission, DG IX, has published a call for expressions of interest for the preparation and carrying out of training courses, in French and English, on economic reasoning and methods of economic analysis allowing an appraisal of financial profitability, economic efficiency and the quantification of the environmental impact of a project or legislative act. This call for expressions of interest is published with the intention of creating a list of service providers to be used at a later date by the Commission. The awarding authority will send the tender specification and an invitation to tender to all those applicants on the list, or to certain applicants on the list, based on the pre-selection criteria for each contract concerned.
