Uniworld will provide seamless pan-European telecommunications services with global connectivity to the European business market. These services will initially include international virtual private network voice services, packet, frame relay and other data services, messaging and network related outsourcing. Interested third parties are invited to submit their observations on the proposed operation, to the Commission, by 31 October 1995 at the latest.
