RTD in biomedicine and health
The Commission calls for declarations of intent to participate in concerted actions and accompanying measures for the specific programme of research and technology development in the field of biomedicine and health (BIOMED). Subjects include: (Area 1) Development of coordinated research on prevention, care and health systems; (Area 2) Major health problems and diseases of great socioeconomic impact; (Area 4) Research on biomedical ethics. Human genome analysis (Area 3) is excluded, and will be covered by a separate call scheduled for 1992/1993.
