From 1992 the Commission intends to contract out a large part of training for users of the databases available through the Commission EUROBASES host. The restricted invitation to tender for this work shall be divided into three lots: - Lot 1: Running training courses in premises provided either by the Commission or by an outside body; preparing course support material. - Lot 2: Supply of a full service comprising Lot 1 as well as providing premises for courses together with support infrastructure and course organization. - Lot 3: Devising and preparing course modules plus advice on training in the use of databases. Firms wishing to be invited to tender for one or more lots should submit details including statutes and latest balance sheet, and should demonstrate at least two years experience in the field of computer/information technology training (preferably related to the use of databases or computerized information systems).Commission of the European Communities Directorate Informatics, DI/1 PR Attn.
