A Commission Directive of 28 October 1991 adapts to technical progress for the fifteenth time Council Directive 67/548/EEC (OJ No 196 of 16 August 1967) on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances. It replaces Annexes I, II and III of the stated Directive with the Annexes of the present Directive. The revised Annexes, published in a separate edition of the Official Journal, list dangerous substances in the light of technological advance and set out labelling and other requirements. Member States shall comply with the provisions of the Directive not later than 1 July 1993.
