Commission Decision 92/20/EEC of 12 December 1991,having regard to Council Directive 87/54/EEC of 16 December 1986 on the legal protection of topographies of semiconductor products and "amending Decision 90/541/EEC determining the countries to the companies or other legal persons of which legal protection of topographies of semiconductor products is extended," adds Finland to the list of countries benefitting from such protection. Only two other countries appear on the previous list: Switzerland and the USA. These countries have fulfilled the reciprocal condition that Community companies and legal persons benefit from similar protection in the country or territory in question. Protection under Finnish law was extended to the Member States of the European Community under Regulations published there on 14 June 1991.
