IMPACT: Assistance in drafting action proposals
Invitation to tender concerning the setting up of an information services market (IMPACT programme). The Commission seeks expert assistance to draft concrete action proposals on the basis of the work already undertaken, to follow up the application of envisaged Community instruments in several areas and identify further areas for Community action. The areas concern personal data protection, the intellectual property protection of databases and software, computer related crime.
