Coal and steel industries: Derelict and despoiled land
Assent is given by the Council, pursuant to Article 55 (2) (c) of the ECSC Treaty, concerning studies into problems of derelict and despoiled land from the coal and steel industries. By letter of 19 July 1991, the Commission requested the Council's assent to the undertaking of studies in the above area. This assent was given at the Council meeting of 19 December 1991.
