IPTS Technical Reports
The Institute for Prospective Technological Studies (IPTS) of the European Commission's Joint Research Centre regularly publishes "Technical reports" outlining the results of research undertaken by the Institute. The IPTS' remit is the observation and follow-up of technological change, in order to understand better its links with economic and social change. The aim of this work is to support the decision-maker in the management of change. In this, its work mainly addresses the Commission, although it also works with the European Parliament and other EU agencies and bodies.
