European Parliament approves RTD programme in measurement and testing
The European Parliament approved on 11 March 1992, with three amendments, the Council's common position on the proposal for a Council Decision adopting a specific research and technological development programme in the field of measurements and testing, 1990-1994 ((COM(91) 503). A Council Decision on the programme is expected at the end of April 1992.
